For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 2009 "About System of state planning in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 827
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development, realization, carrying out monitoring, assessment and control of industry programs.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2004 No. 231 "About Rules of development and implementation of industry (sectoral) and regional programs in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 122);
2) item 4 of changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2006 No. 982 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 37, the Art. 414).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
