About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that:
the price of capacity are applied to the mobile (portable) generating objects functioning in the territories of price zones of the wholesale market concerning which the top prices in price requests for competitive selection of capacity, and also the price of the capacity made with use of such objects delivering capacity in the forced mode given in appendix were specified from December 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 and during the specified period indexations according to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" are not subject;
the price of the capacity made with use of the generating objects delivering capacity in the forced mode and also the price of capacity for the generating objects concerning which the top prices in price requests for competitive selection of capacity approved by Federal Tariff Service concerning "Mobile gas turbine power plants" open joint stock company during the period specified in the paragraph the second this Item were specified are not subject to application.
