About approval of the Regulations on magistracy
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education" and "About the National program for training", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2012 No. UP-4456 "About Further Enhancement of System of Preparation and Certification Scientific and Research and Educational Personnel of the Top Skills", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 10, 2007 No. 190 "About measures for further enhancement and increase in efficiency of activities of magistracy in system of the higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of training of masters in the highest Cabinet of Ministers educational institutions decides:
1. Approve Regulations on magistracy according to appendix.
2. To the academy of Sciences, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions and also other organizations - consumers of personnel of the top skills to coordinate efforts for the purpose of ensuring involvement of highly qualified specialists for management of master theses and creation of necessary conditions for practical training, training and accomplishment of experimental part of master theses.
3. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
