For the purpose of implementation of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" we ORDER:

1. Approve forms of checking sheets on tax audits:

on complex or thematic tax audits according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

on counter tax audits according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

on thematic tax audits on single questions according to appendix 3 to this joint order;

on time inspection according to appendix 4 to this joint order.

2. Declare invalid the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 16, 2011 No. 469 and the deputy. The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 16, 2011 No. 304 "About approval of form of checking leaf on scheduled complex or scheduled thematic tax audits in the field of private entrepreneurship concerning execution of regulations of the tax legislation, and also other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, control of which execution is imposed on bodies of Tax Service" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7252, No. 157 is published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of October 27, 2011 (2147)).
