1. Approve the enclosed terms for crediting regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on designing and (or) construction of housing through system of housing construction savings for 2015 within the Development program of regions till 2020.

2. To the Ministries of Finance, national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty;

2) control over the implementation of conditions of credit agreements;

3) control and monitoring of target and effective use, repayment and servicing of budget credits.

3. To local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credits in the ministries of national economy and finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
