2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

These rules of the termination or temporary restriction of movement of vehicles on roads (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 8) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2014 "About traffic" and determine procedure for the termination or temporary restriction of movement of vehicles by roads.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the car of special function - the vehicle intended for transportation and (or) escort of protected persons;
