About recognition by NKRSI which voided Decisions of February 25, 2014 No. 116

According to Item 16 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of April 9, 2014 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning reducing number of documents of allowing nature" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED No. 1193-VII:

1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of February 25, 2014 No. 116 "About approval of the List of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices for which operation permissions to operate are not necessary", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2014 at No. 345/25122.

2. To submit to department of regulation and licensing in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
