1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2014 No. 486 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of costs of processing enterprises for purchase of agricultural products for production of products of its deep conversion and the list of agricultural products on which are established the guaranteed purchase price and purchase price" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 33, by the Art. 311) the following changes:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of the list of agricultural products on which are established the guaranteed purchase price and purchase price";

Preamble to state 2) in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 11) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2005 "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";

The subitem 1) of Item 1 to exclude 3);

4) the list of agricultural products on which are established the guaranteed purchase price and purchase price, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
