About enhancement of provision of pensions

For the purpose of increase in level of provision of pensions of separate categories of the citizens having long length of service and optimization of pension expenses:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the work pension granted according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 17, of the Art. 275) (further - the Law), increases:

to men for each complete year of length of service (article 51-53 of the Law) over 25 years, and also length of service with special working conditions (the Item "and" of part one of Article 12 and article 13 of the Law) over 10 years - for one percent of average monthly earnings (article 56 of the Law), but for one percent of at least minimum size of old-age pension. At the same time for the persons which reached generally established retirement age and having length of service more than 35 years, pensions increase for each complete year of length of service over 35 years by one percent of average monthly earnings, but by 0,7 of percent of at least average salary of workers in the republic applied to adjustment of the actual earnings of the pensioner (article 70 of the Law) (further - the average salary of workers), and for persons having length of service of 45 years and more increase at a rate of not less than specified is established since 26th year of length of service;
