About some questions of tourism development in the Republic of Uzbekistan

In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2013 No. PP-2003 "About approval of plans of development of the normative and legal and other acts directed to realization of referential regulations of the laws" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for entrance (pass), temporary stay and movement of tourists on objects and areas in the territory of which the specific mode of stay, according to appendix No. 1 is set;

The list of the objects and the territories prohibited for visit by tourists according to appendix No. 2;

Procedure for provision of privileges to separate categories of tourists when rendering paid services according to appendix No. 3.

2. To Uzbekturizm Oil Company, the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
