About balance of production and use of food ethyl alcohol for 2015

For the purpose of rational and effective use of resources of food ethyl alcohol, providing by it of the companies making alcoholic products and other republican consumers the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve balance of production and use of food ethyl alcohol for 2015 according to appendix.

2. Uzvinprom-holding holding company, Uzspirtsanoat joint-stock company:

provide the timely conclusion between the plants - producers of alcohol and republican consumers of delivery agreements of food ethyl alcohol within the amounts provided by the balance approved by this resolution;

establish strict control of target and effective use of resources of food ethyl alcohol.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

taking into account real execution of the amounts of use of food ethyl alcohol approved in balance in the I half-year 2015 to bring, if necessary, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the offer on refining of amounts of resources of use of grain of wheat of harvest of 2015 for production of alcohol in the II half-year 2015;

together with JSC Uzspirtsanoat and HK "Uzvinprom-holding" to perform permanent monitoring of execution of balance of production and use of food ethyl alcohol for 2015 and to quarterly provide in the Cabinet of Ministers information to the 10th following the accounting period.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
