Article 1

Bring in article 4 of the Federal Law of November 10, 2009 No. 259-FZ "About Lomonosov Moscow State University and St. Petersburg State University" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 46, Art. 5418; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:
