4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Regulations on the Military office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine

1. The military office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (further - the Office) is working body of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine during the special period.

2. In the activities the Office is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and also this Provision.
