About measures for implementation of construction and reconstruction of buildings of fire stations of Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Approve the Program of step-by-step construction and reconstruction of buildings of fire stations of Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Gosarkhitektstroy and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent for 2016 - 2020 (further - the Program) according to appendix.
2. Determine by construction and reconstruction of objects within the Program:
customers - engineering companies "Service of the Single Customer" under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent;
project and contract organizations - following the results of carrying out in accordance with the established procedure the competitive biddings or selections.
3. Determine that the expenses connected with preparation of the design estimates, eyeliner of external engineering communications, construction and reconstruction of objects within the Program are performed within limits of centralized capital investments of the Investing program of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the corresponding year.
4. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the presence of the design estimates approved in accordance with the established procedure to provide when forming the Investing program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2016 and the next years the corresponding limits of centralized capital investments on implementation of construction and reconstruction of the objects provided by the Program.
