ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

(as amended on 08-09-2022)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Transfer the republican state state companies "National Center of Testing" and "The republican scientific and practical center "Uchebnik" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for reduction of activities of the companies specified in Item 1 of this resolution in compliance with item 4 of article 219 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property".

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation transfer to Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of "National Center of the State Scientific and Technical Examination" joint-stock company and acceptance of other necessary measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
