1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of judicial and expert activities, including judicial and expert activities in the field of medicolegal, forensic-psychiatric and judicial and narcological examination.

2. To provide to the center of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration;

3) placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its official publication.
