1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.

2. To department on fight against drug trafficking and control of drug trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kusetov S. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To chiefs of departments of police of areas, cities of republican value, the capital and on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to organize studying of this order by the staff of the relevant services and to provide its strict execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs police major general Demeuov M. G.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
