1. Found:

flag of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on emblem of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, its description and image;

Regulations on flag of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, its description and image.

3. To perform financing of expenses on production of the official heraldic symbols of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade founded by this Decree at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
