1. Approve Regulations on the Government representative for national debt management which are applied.

Regulations on the Government representative for national debt management

1. The government representative for national debt management (further - the Government representative) is person authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on accomplishment of advisory and consultative functions concerning national debt management.

2. The government representative submits to the Minister of Finance.

3. The government representative is appointed to position and dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the representation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine brought based on proposals of the Minister of Finance.

The person who is the citizen of Ukraine, having the higher education and work experience in the respective sphere can be the government representative.

4. The government representative in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, this Provision and orders of the Ministry of Finance.
