About state non-budgetary fund

For the purpose of further development in the Republic of Belarus of activities in the field of telecommunications, informatization, information technologies and universal services of telecommunication I decide:

1. Create state non-budgetary fund of universal servicing of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of state non-budgetary fund of universal servicing of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization.

3. Determine that:

contributions to state non-budgetary fund of universal servicing of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization join operators of telecommunication in the costs on production and sales of products, goods (works, services) considered in case of the taxation;

the assignments which arrived in the republican budget in 2007-2014 according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 96 "About development financing of services of telecommunication public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 53, 1/8376) and not used on the capital investments connected with rendering universal services of telecommunication are listed in the income of the republican budget.

4. Declare invalid:
