1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, SAC Uzkimyosanoat and GP "Navoiy MMC" about construction of new productions of total sulphuric acid capacity of 1300 thousand tons per year, with conclusion from operation morally and physically obsolete capacities by implementation in 2016 - 2019 of investment projects "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on JSC Ammofos-Maksam and "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on GP "Navoiy MMC" according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve the Actions plan on preparation and implementation of investment projects "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid by capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on JSC Ammofos-Maksam and "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on GP "Navoiy MMC" according to appendix No. 2.
3. Determine sources of financing of investment projects "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on JSC Ammofos-Maksam and "Construction of new production of sulphuric acid capacity of 650 thousand tons per year on GP "Navoiy MMC" own means of initiators of investment projects, the credits of commercial banks, including foreign, and also fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Determine institute of Uzkimyosanoatloyikh the general designer by the investment projects provided by appendix No. 1.
