1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

to exclude subitem 5.25 of Item 5;

in part three of Item 7 of the word to "appendix 2" to replace with the word to "appendix";

to exclude appendix 1 to this Provision;

in signature stamp of appendix 2 of the word "Appendix 2" to replace with the word "Appendix";

1.2. appendix 1 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22712; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 5/37295; 29.03. 2014, 5/38612; 07:05. 2014, 5/38804) to be reworded as follows it (is applied).
