1. Approve and enact since June 1, 2015 Regulations on procedure for the organization of public procurements of goods (works, services) of prime necessity at subjects of entrepreneurship by means of the electronic biddings through special information portal of the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange till June 1, 2015:

provide full functioning of separate trading floor for implementation of public procurements of goods (works, services) of prime necessity at subjects of entrepreneurship by means of the electronic biddings through special information portal of the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange;

together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to inform subjects of entrepreneurship, state-financed organizations and receivers of budgetary funds, including through mass media, rules of participation in the electronic biddings through special information portal of the Uzbek Republican commodity and raw exchange on public procurements of goods (works, services) of prime necessity at subjects of entrepreneurship.
