About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2011 No. 35 and of April 2, 2013 No. 143

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. appendices 1 and 2 to the Republican program of equipment by the modern machinery and equipment of the organizations of agro-industrial complex, construction, repair, the upgrade of production facilities of these organizations for 2011-2015 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2011 No. 35 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 12, 1/12321; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.04. 2013, 1/14163) to be reworded as follows (are applied);

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2013 No. 143 "About amounts and sources of financing in 2013 of purchase of modern agricultural machinery and the equipment" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.04. 2013, 1/14163):

in Item 2 of the word to "banks of percent" and "annual interest rate 7,5" to replace respectively with words "losses to banks" and "in sizes according to appendix 4";

in subitem 6.2 of Item 6 of the word "compensation to banks of percent" shall be replaced with words "compensation of losses to banks";

to be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 to this Decree (are applied);

add the Decree with appendix 4 it (is applied).

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. If necessary to render to regional executive committees in accordance with the established procedure at the expense of means of local budgets financial aid of agro-industrial complex to the organizations for reduction in cost of agricultural machinery, in addition acquired on the terms of finance lease (leasing) according to this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2013.
