About the Technical regulation "Safety of the Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gases"

According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About technical regulation" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Technical regulation "Safety of the Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gases" it (is applied).

2. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this Technical regulation.

3. Enact this Technical regulation on the expiration of three months from the date of its approval.

Technical regulation "Safety of the Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gases"

1. General provisions

1. This Technical regulation of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Technical regulation) is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About technical regulation".

2. This Technical regulation establishes:

- obligatory for execution and application of the safety requirement and energy efficiency to the liquefied hydrocarbon gases and to the related production processes, storages, transportations (transportation), realization and utilization;

- rules of identification of the liquefied hydrocarbon gases;

- forms of assessment of conformity of the liquefied hydrocarbon gases to requirements of this Technical regulation.
