According to the subitem 212) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment of width of forbidden strips of the woods on coast of the rivers, lakes, water storage basins, channels and other water objects.

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
