According to the subitem 30) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About veterinary science", the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and the subitem 4) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of the import permit, import and transit of the moved (transported) objects taking into account assessment of epizootic situation in the corresponding territory.
2. To provide to department of veterinary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.
3. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
