The changes and amendment brought in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Regulations on evaluation procedure and realization of property of the restructured companies, and also companies to which insolvency proceedings, No. 188 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 18, 2003 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 4, the Art. 31) are applied:

a) to add Item 19 paragraph two after the word "property" with the word of "restructured";

b) to exclude from Item 20 of the word "based on the direct agreement";

c) in Item 21 of the word "Articles 142-1 and 143" shall be replaced with words "Article 143";
