Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of January 13, 2010 No. 11 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on regulated rate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2010 on No. 28/17323 (with changes).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of January 12, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on regulated rate".
