1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of gas (methane) of coal fields on regulated rate which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex:
representation of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on regulated rate for state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this resolution according to the current legislation.
