About measures for strengthening of material and technical resources of the higher school of business under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of strengthening of material and technical resources of the Higher school of business under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also ensuring further effective use of state-owned property the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Agree with Goskomkonkurention's proposal, the Ministries of Finance, the Ministries of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyat of Tashkent and the Higher school of business under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Higher school of business) about voluntary conveyance to the organizations, on the right of operational management, objects, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Higher school of business to provide to Goskomkonkurention reception-transmission in accordance with the established procedure and further effective use of the objects specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution in a month.
3. Goskomkonkurention in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to provide assignment to the Higher school of business from Fund of assistance to the privatized companies, by its reasonable calculations, for covering of the expenses connected with preparation of the design estimates and reconstruction, and also equipment of the property complex specified in line item of the first of appendix No. 1 to this resolution.
4. Determine within implementation of reconstruction of the property complex specified in line item of the first of appendix No. 1 to this resolution:
the customer - the Higher school of business;
the general project organization - JSC Tashgiprogor;
