1. Approve:

1) Rules of accreditation of the agencies on adoption according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of accreditation of the organizations for rendering assistance in the device of orphan children, children without parental support, in families of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Orazaliyeva Z. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliyev of E.H.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
