About modification of the Procedure for use of the charitable means which are on the special registration account of Public service concerning disabled people and veterans of Ukraine

According to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", 4, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389, I order to the subitem 5 of Item:

1. Bring in the Procedure for use of the charitable means which are on the special registration account of Public service concerning disabled people and veterans of Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of August 12, 2011 311, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2011 on No. 1171/19909, such changes:

"2. Charitable means are used by Public service concerning disabled people and veterans of Ukraine for implementation of the actions connected with the Great Patriotic War and World War II by wars for rendering the address help to veterans of war, to public organizations of veterans, acquisitions of necessary material and other values for institutions and healthcare institutions and social protection of the population.

The acquired material and other values are transferred to local public administrations for organizations and healthcare institutions and social protection of the population.";

exclude Item 3.

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-8 respectively Items 3-7;

in Item 3 of the word "according to Procedure for servicing of the government budget on expenses and transactions on provision and return of the loans granted at the expense of means of the government budget" to exclude;
