1. Paragraph one of part one of subitem 9.2 of Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of the years of service of public service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 1997 No. 471 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, Art. 521; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 4, 5/13638; 2008, No. 15, 5/26598; 2009, No. 223, 5/30424; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. After words "committee of the Republic of Belarus," to add 2013, 5/37742) with words of "The state committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
