For the purpose of strengthening of consumer protection, including the rights to proper quality and safety of acquired goods, ensuring compliance by subjects of managing with the legislation on pricing:

1. Determine that the deputy minister of health care – the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus has the right to make decisions on prohibition of import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus or the address in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (development, production, realization, storage, transportation, use, import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, export from the territory of the Republic of Belarus) products which are not conforming to requirements of the legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.

3. No. 303 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 09.08.2019

4. Bring in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 1/12374; No. 133, 1/13106; 2012, No. 49, 1/13473; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.02. 2013, 1/14044) following changes and amendment:
