About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies" of February 18, 2013 No. 83

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies" of February 18, 2013 No. 83 the following changes and amendments:

in the name and in Item 1 of the word of "subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies" shall be replaced with words "the business entities regulated by the state";

in Regulations on the procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the name of the word of "subjects of the natural and permitted monopolies" shall be replaced with words "the business entities regulated by the state";
