Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish marginal maximum prices of the agricultural products (crop production) of harvest of 2015 which are purchased for the state needs according to appendix.

2. Determine that when implementing government procurement:

2.1. the barley delivered for the food purposes (class 1), barley fodder, the rye delivered for conversion in flour and on malt (classes 1-3 or group A), rye fodder, wheat winter and summer soft (classes 2-4), wheat fodder, the oats delivered for the food purposes (classes 1-3), oats fodder:

it is established the allowance (discount) in the amount of percent 0,1 to the price for 1 ton of basic regulation for each 10 grams of nature of grain above (below) basic regulation (is provided);

the discount in the amount of percent 0,1 to the price for 1 ton of basic regulation for each percent of the defective and damaged grains carried on state standards to grain or oily impurity above basic regulation is provided;

the discount in the amount of percent 0,5 to the price for 1 ton of basic regulation for infectiousness of grain is provided by tick;

2.2. barley brewing the price increment for 1 ton of the rule of restraint is established:

in case of protein content: from 11 inclusive to percent 11,5 - in the amount of 1 percent, from 10,5 inclusive to 11 percent - in the amount of 2 percent, from 10 inclusive to percent 10,5 - in the amount of 3 percent, less than 10 percent - in the amount of 5 percent;
