The paragraph the fourth Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"science city infrastructure - set of the organizations which are providing life activity of the population of the science city and functioning of its scientific-industrial complex, but not entering this complex.";
Article 2.1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 2.1. Criteria of assignment to the municipality of the status of the science city and preserving such status
1. The municipality applying for assignment of the status of the science city or preserving such status shall have the scientific-industrial complex located in the territory of this municipality.
2. As the municipality applying for assignment of the status of the science city or preserving such status are developed and affirm the strategy of social and economic development of the municipality which is subject to approval of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities and the actions plan on strategy implementation of social and economic development of the municipality.
3. The strategy of social and economic development of the municipality applying for assignment of the status of the science city or preserving such status shall include the Section which contains, in particular:
