The government of the Russian Federation in time, not exceeding forty five days after completion of reporting quarter, sends to the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (further - respectively the State Duma and the Federation Council) the report of the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the plan of priority actions on ensuring sustainable development of economy and social stability in 2015 (further - the report of the Government of the Russian Federation).
2. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation in time which is not exceeding forty five days after completion of reporting quarter sends to the State Duma information of the Central bank of the Russian Federation on questions, the stipulated in Article 3 presents of the Federal Law (further - information of the Central bank of the Russian Federation).
3. The report of the Government of the Russian Federation and information of the Central bank of the Russian Federation go to the State Duma Committee on the budget and taxes for preparation of the draft of the resolution of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (further - the draft of the resolution of the State Duma).
4. Council of the State Duma determines committees collaborators on preparation of the draft of the resolution of the State Duma by the offer of the State Duma Committee on the budget and taxes.
5. The State Duma sends information of the Central bank of the Russian Federation to the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets.
