About approval of Rules of appointment and certification of heads of the state companies

DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of appointment and certification of heads of the state companies (further - Rules).

2. Provide to state bodies:

observance of Rules in case of appointment and carrying out certification of heads of the jurisdictional state enterprises;

during the second quarter 2003 reduction of earlier signed contracts with heads of jurisdictional enterprises in compliance with standard form of the individual employment contract with the head of the state company attached to Rules.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 1996 N 148 "About measures for implementation of contractual management system activities of the state companies and joint-stock companies where there is the state block of shares" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, N 7, of the Art. 40);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 1998 N 286 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 5, 1996 N 148" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, N 10, the Art. 75).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.
