About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

the changes approved by this resolution do not extend to agreements based on which means of the federal budget, means of insurance premiums for financing of funded pension which arrived within financial year in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, means of pension accruals (including means of payable reserve and means of pension accruals of insured persons, which is established due retirement benefit), delivered by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in trust management of managing company, and also accumulating for housing providing the military personnel were placed in the deposits existing on the date of entry into force of this resolution;

from the date of entry into force of this resolution on the deposits opened based on the agreements specified in the paragraph the second this Item money, except for percent on bank deposit agreement (deposit) cannot be enlisted.

3. Declare invalid the paragraph the fourth Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 9, 2004 No. 67 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2003 No. 379" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 7, the Art. 536).

4. This resolution becomes effective since December 28, 2014.
