According to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 "About the republican budget for 2015" and subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 "About some questions of stimulation of development of highly effective productions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 231
1. Compensate in 2015 to the legal entities realizing investment projects according to appendix (further - legal entities) at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture aimed at the development of highly effective productions, percent paid in 2015 for use of bank loans.
The funds allocated to legal entities according to part one of this Item are used by them in 2015-2016 for implementation of investment projects.
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees according to which offers the decision on provision to legal entities of the state support according to this resolution is made to provide control of realization with them of the investment projects specified in appendix to this resolution and quarterly to the 15th following the accounting period to provide in the Ministry of Economics information on the course them to realization.
3. To represent to the Ministry of Economics together with the Ministry of Finance to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus quarterly to the 25th following the accounting period, analytical information on the course of implementation of this resolution.
