Some questions of simplification of procedure for provision of administrative services in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the decision of the state registrar, the statement from the State register of the rights to real estate, the certificate on the property right to real estate received in electronic and paper form by means of software of maintaining the State register of the rights to real estate have identical legal force.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2015, but not earlier than entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of conditions of business (deregulation)".
