Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2003 No. 794 "About Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 2, Art. 121; 2005, No. 23, Art. 2269; 2009, No. 12, Art. 1429).

Declare invalid the subitem "n" of Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2003 No. 794, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 27, 2005 No. 335 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2003 No. 794" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 23, the Art. 2269).
