In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 18, 2015 No. PP-2302 "About the State program "Year of attention and care of the senior generation", and also for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for sanatorium improvement of veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945 the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of the right of free pass on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic, according to appendix.
2. To GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar" and Uzbekistan Airways Joint-stock company respectively to provide free pass on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, following in sanatorium and improving organizations of the republic.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to refund expenses to GAZhK "Ўзбекистон темир yullar" and to Uzbekistan Airways Joint-stock company, the rights of free pass connected with provision on rail transport and preferential journey on air transport to veterans of war and the labor front 1941 - 1945, at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
