Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 16) the following changes:
1. To state part 2 of Article 30 in the following edition:
"Within zones of protection of monuments production of all types of earth, construction and other works, and also economic activity without the conclusion of state body on protection of monuments is forbidden.
Within conservation zones of monuments of archeology conducting the construction and economic works which are not connected with preserving and museumification of objects of historical and cultural heritage is forbidden.".
2. To state part 3 of Article 33 in the following edition:
"Unauthorized production of archaeological works, including underwater, and also use of special technical means which metal detectors, metaldetectors, radars and magnetic devices for search of objects of historical and cultural heritage by physical persons and legal entities are is forbidden without special permission (open leaf) and attracts responsibility according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
