According to article 156 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About bankruptcy" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2013 No. PP-2003 "About approval of plans of development of the normative and legal and other acts directed to realization of referential regulations of the laws", and also for the purpose of determination of procedure for reference of the companies to number of the city-forming and equated to them companies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for reference of the companies to number of the city-forming and equated to them companies according to appendix.
2. In a month to provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition together with the interested ministries and departments the organization and holding actions for explanation of the purpose, essence and contents of this resolution among subjects of entrepreneurship.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
