About compensation in 2015 of part of interest for using bank loans

According to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 "About the republican budget for 2015" and subitem 1.3.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2006 "About enhancement of legal regulation of procedure for rendering the state support to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 182

1. Compensate in 2015 to the power supplying organizations at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on fuel and power, part of interest for using the bank loans attracted for implementation of energy efficient investment projects according to appendix:

in Belarusian rubles - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent;

in foreign currency - in the amount of 50 percent of rate on the credit with compensation of percent in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank for date of their compensation.

The received funds are allocated in 2015-2016 by the power supplying organizations for financing of the investment projects realized within state programs.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy and the Ministry of Finance.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
