About entering of adjustments into the Program of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials for 2015 - 2019
For the purpose of further deepening of level of localization of production, expansion of cross-industry industrial cooperation, including between small business entities and large enterprises of the republic, the organization based on local raw material resources of the modern high competitive technology productions providing import substitution and saturation of the domestic market with necessary consumer goods and components, economy and rational use of currency means, creation of new workplaces and employment increase of the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Special interdepartmental commission on providing program implementation of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation about entering of adjustments into the Program of localization of production of finished goods, the components and materials for 2015 - 2019 approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 11, 2015 No. PP-2298 (further - the Program of localization), providing inclusion in appendix No. 2 to the Program of localization of projects of localization for the list according to appendix.
2. Determine that in relation to the organizations included in the Program of localization according to this resolution, privileges stipulated in Item 5th resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 11, 2015 No. PP-2298, are applied on customs payments from the date of official publication of this resolution, and privilege on taxes - from the first following date of official publication of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with initiators of projects in week time to approve network schedules of production organization and accomplishment of forecast amounts of release of localizable products on the projects included in the Program of localization according to this resolution.
