For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal base on development obligatory, types of insurance, according to article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier of dangerous goods" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of insurance rates and the sizes of insurance sums (responsibility limits) of obligatory civil liability insurance" of February 26, 2010 No. 113 the following change:
- To state the minimum sizes of insurance sum and rates of insurance premium of obligatory civil liability insurance of carrier of dangerous goods approved by the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
